Car stereo & audio · clean installs

Sound worth turning up, wiring you'll never see.

Long commutes on I-4 and I-75, windows-down drives to the beach, and years of Florida heat baking factory speaker foam all put your factory audio to the test. We install head units, speakers, subwoofers and amplifiers properly, with wiring routed clean instead of taped under a seat.

What our car audio work covers

Consultation first, then wiring done right, not just equipment bolted in.

A lot of what makes a stereo install sound and last well has nothing to do with the equipment itself — it's the wiring. Undersized power wire, a bad ground, or a fuse skipped to save time will make even good equipment sound thin or fail early. We size wiring and grounds properly, protect every circuit with the right fuse, and route cable so it's out of sight and out of the way of moving parts.

Florida conditions play into this more than people expect. Factory speaker foam surrounds dry out and crack faster in cars that sit in direct sun for years, which is a common cause of the buzzing or rattling people bring in without knowing the actual cause. Humidity and years of moisture in the cabin can also corrode old factory connectors, which is worth checking any time we're already in the doors or dash for an upgrade.

Head unit upgrades are the most common request — usually to add Apple CarPlay or Android Auto to an older vehicle. From there it's speakers for clearer mids and highs, and a subwoofer with an amplifier for real bass instead of the thin output factory systems are built for. We keep steering wheel controls, backup camera feeds and factory chimes working through the swap using the correct harness and adapter for your specific vehicle.

This service fits daily commuters who want modern phone integration, anyone tired of buzzing or distorted factory speakers, and work trucks or daily drivers that just need audio that holds up to years of Florida heat and humidity.

How an install runs

Four steps, whether it's a head unit or a full system.

The scope changes, the order doesn't.

01

Consultation

We talk through what you want out of the system, your budget, and what's already in the vehicle before recommending anything.

02

Wiring & prep

Factory wiring gets checked, panels come off carefully, and power and ground runs are planned before equipment goes in.

03

Install & tune

Head unit, speakers, sub and amp go in with properly sized wire and fuses, then gains and settings get tuned for clean output.

04

Walkthrough

We show you every feature of the new setup and make sure your controls and camera still work exactly as they should.

Pricing

Car audio work is quoted per vehicle.

The equipment you choose and how complex your factory wiring is are what set the price.

By quote Priced to your setup

A head unit swap with CarPlay is a smaller job than a full system with a subwoofer and amplifier. Tell us your vehicle and what you're hoping to get out of the system, and we'll give you a real number before anything gets installed.

Car audio FAQ

The questions we get asked every week.

Head unit upgrades with Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, speaker replacements, subwoofer and amplifier installs, and wiring cleanup. If it's part of the sound system, we can talk through it with you.

Yes. A proper install uses the correct harness and adapter for your specific vehicle so steering wheel controls, backup camera input and factory chimes keep working with the new head unit.

It's quoted per vehicle, based on the equipment you choose and how complex your factory wiring is. A straightforward head unit swap costs less than a full system with a subwoofer and amplifier.

A basic head unit swap can be done in a couple of hours. A full system with speakers, a subwoofer and an amplifier, plus clean wire routing, takes a half day to a full day.

Yes. Factory speaker foam breaks down over time, especially with years of Florida heat baking the doors, and that's usually what causes rattling or distorted sound. We can diagnose it and quote a speaker upgrade.

Yes. We can wire a head unit install now with future upgrades in mind, or add a subwoofer and amplifier to an existing system later without redoing the whole install.
